We have made every effort to describe this item as accurately as possible and have revealed defects in photos and/or text. Expect normal signs of wear associated with antiques, vintage, and used items. We do not list every flaw. No refunds or returns. Hayley Ventures does not guarantee the working order of any clock, watch, electronic or mechanical device. Dimensions given may be approximate.

Bidding and Payment Terms
Placing a bid is an agreement to purchase. When you bid, you have committed to pay for and pick up your item(s) and if not possible, pay for shipping, handling, and packing of your winnings to be shipped.

Since a bid is a commitment to buy, if you default on your purchase, your bidding privileges must be revoked across our network in the future, and your winnings will be donated or resold. Please do not bid if you do not plan to pay, pick up at the designated location, date, or time or pay for shipping, packing, and handling.

A 17% buyer's premium will be added to the total bid amount along with appropriate taxes.

Payment is due immediately upon receipt of the invoice.
Please wait for an invoice to be emailed to you before paying so that we can group multiple wins on one invoice.

You are purchasing items in AS IS condition. We cannot refund your purchase.
All items must be paid for before they are picked up or shipped. If you do not pay or we do not hear from you by noon the day after the auction's close, your items will be resold to the next highest bidder, and your bidding privileges may be revoked. This is to protect the integrity of the auction process.

Pick-up by Appointment only.
You MUST schedule a pick-up appointment for the scheduled pick-up date and time unless you have made shipping arrangements by noon the day after the auction closes.

We cannot change pick-up locations, dates, or times, move items to new pick-up locations or store them.
Pick-up dates, times, and locations cannot be changed. Address for pick-up will be shared with winners only on the invoice after the sale closes. Please bid ONLY if you are prepared to pay an additional amount for packing, shipping, and handling. We cannot hold or store items after pick-up.

Please bring necessary tools, transport material and help for picking up large items, multiple lots & fragile items. We cannot help you move items as our insurance does not cover us. The exact address of the pickup will be on the invoice, along with any instructions or contact information.

Shipping for small/non-furniture items is available at buyer's expense.
If you are in state and require shipping, email hayleyventures@gmail.com with an address, contact name and phone number by noon the day after you win the item. Please be aware that shipping charges can be very expensive and may exceed the value of an item. We ship to the address listed on your Live Auctioneer account.

We will send an invoice with the cost for handling ($10/lot with more than 1 lot at $5/lot) We use Shipping Saint as our platform, which provides discounted shipping costs. Some lots cannot be shipped due to size or weight constraints. Please check the listing before bidding as this will be indicated.


Abandoned items will be donated or resold and bidding privileges may be revoked. We cannot refund abandoned items at any time. If any expense to us is left unpaid, sadly, bidding privileges must be revoked.

We know these terms are stringent. This is to protect you and our clients. Our clients trust us all to honor our agreement to sell their precious items to you. Our terms also protect bonafide bidders from losing opportunities from those who do not intend on honoring their commitment to purchase.
