We can accept Cash only, no exceptions. Please bring help to load your larger items, we cannot guarantee we can stop to help you. Please bring plastic bags as we cannot supply them. We cannot hold or reserve items. If you want it, buy it.

We are flippers who have flipped over 200 houses in the Big Bear Valley in the last 10 years.  We've amassed more than 4,500 sq feet of staging inventory.  We have begun to scale back our business substantially and we're liquidating over two-thirds of our staging inventory.  We will be selling rustic and vintage furniture, artwork, linens, baskets, fireplace tools, mirrors, shelves, knick-knacks, and so much more.  Pretty much anything you'd use to stage a house for sale, we're selling.  We don't want to put it back in the warehouse; no reasonable offer will be refused.

Our inventory has been purchased over the years from estate sales, auctions, private parties, garage sales and has come out of the houses we've bought to flip.  We never paid much attention to how much stuff we'd accumulated until we started having trouble getting in the front door. Then we knew it was time to tackle the warehouse.  Help us clean up and move it all out!

Our warehouse isn't pretty, trust me, but Big Bear is stunning and quiet this time of year.  The daytime temps are in the low 70's and it is breezy and beautiful.  Come on up to Big Bear for the day.  Buy some furniture then go for a stroll by the lake. 

We have quite a few dining tables of all sizes and heights, as well as oh so many chairs.Most of our furniture is solid wood and vintage, the kind they don't make anymore.Gorgeous LARGE Vannes Crystal centerpiece. Perfect condition, no chips no damage, really stunning.Set of 4 canisters, a salt and pepper shaker, and a napkin holder in pristine condition in the Merry Mushroom pattern, made in Japan Sears and Roebuck.We have a few lamps for sale, all working, all vintage.Nice collection of vases large including one small signed "Little Dine" Navajo "Horses" vase and one small AVON green glass pitcher.Creamer and Sugar in Salt Glaze. We have a set of twin rustic head and footboards without rails. What could you do with them?This table is lovely with its metal base and dark stain.This old gourd piece needs a little TLC but it would make a great decorative accent.This table comes with a leaf and gorgeous carved legs.Lots of shelves and mirrors of all kinds.We have several wire racks like this.We have a couple old desks. This one is our favorite. He needs some love, but he's solid wood and worth the effort.We have a few more contemporary pieces, like this tv stand.We have lots of coffee tables. We're tucking them in where ever we can find room.We have a matching set of these bad boys. They're as solid as it gets.This is a lovely couch, nice and comfy.And we have more coffee tables.We have a bunk bed set as well as a set of twin beds in raw wood so you can leave them unfinished or finish them any way you like.The twin bed head and foot boards with rails.This is a match set. You don't see these much anymore; fold down side tables.This is a lovely solid wood dining table.Solid maple 1950's name brand furntiure. We have a few pieces of it for sale. It needs some TLC but you can't beat the quality.Another solid maple piece.More solid maple. This one needs some TLC for sure, but what a grand piece.We have curtain rods, some still in sealed packages. Shop here instead of the store.We have a dozen or so wrought iron candle holders, some in pairs, some not.This is the big five candle candle holder.And we have more tables.This is a sweet solid oak side table in beautiful condition.We have artwork, prints, some originals, some photos.We even have an old dark wood rustic medicine cabinet.I'm sure we took this out of a 40's house we were renovating and couldn't bear to throw it away.This is a big square dark wood and green painted coffee table.We have no idea why this is in the warehouse, but it's for sale; gemstone bonsai "plant".We have a lot of dishes, some in sets like this.Goose plates anyone?This is a big set that will feed at least 8!The set comes complete with coffee cups.Pretty yellow flower plate set.We have miscellaneous plates in all sizes shapes and makers.More plates and bowls and the occasional mug.Some of these will fit right in with an existing plain white set.Looking for a pop of color on your table?Everyone loves this guy but no one has bought him yet. Someone screwed to nightstand dressers on top of each other, but taking them apart would be easy.One of the original pieces. Bright and pretty.We have a box full of empty frames as well if you're in need of frames.This is a big heavy impressive modern print.This is an old 70's textured print.
