I will accept phone calls about certain items. I will do presale on any large, difficult to load items or someone looking to buy in bulk. I am not doing presale on small one to two items.

There will be a list at the bottom of the driveway. It will be on a piece of paper with our own unique letterhead, we will not accept a list that is not our own, so please take a picture of your name on the list to be sure.

Property is protected by RING and there are tenants living on sight 24/7. Trespassing will not be tolerated so do not come on the property before or after sale hours!!!
