Items are sold as-is. Online pre-sale is available until 5 pm the night before the first day of sale. Sign in sheet will begin online the night before. We do our best to make sure items that have been pre-purchased will have their pictures removed from this ad.

To participate at 5 pm on the night before you will need to go onto Eventbrite.com website and get a ticket. Tickets are free, but tickets will not start "selling" until 5 pm exactly.
Please bring assistance to help with large, heavy, and/ or bulky items purchased. We accept cash, credit, or debit. Sales tax will be charged unless you have a valid CA seller permit on file with us.
This sale which we hold 1st Saturday of the month has lowered prices on aging inventory and brand new merchandise still being added from people unable to have a traditional estate sale in their home.
We will be adding pics all week.
