All items are sold as-is where-is. We accept CASH, Zelle, Venmo & Credit Cards (+4% for cc). Bring packing materials (boxes, wrapping paper, bags, etc.). There are many glass items at this sale so if you break it, consider it sold! NO children under age 12. Sale hours are 8am-3pm on Friday & Saturday. We will start handing out numbers at 7:30am & allow 10 people in every 15 minutes to control traffic. NOTE: parking only in guest parking spaces along wall; NO STREET PARKING except when loading.

HALF-PRICE SATURDAY!  Items over $5 will be HALF PRICE (except for items marked "FIRM").  Hundreds of items from this classy lady estate sale in Lake Park Brea.  Former resident was one of the original owners in the park & had lived here for 42 years.  Highlighted items include a Cal King bed (mattress & box springs + assorted linens), queen bed in guest room (mattress, box springs, frame, headboard), as well as the dresser & 2 nightstands in guest room.  Other large items include a Russ Bassett 60"w contemporary metal desk (mauve!) with faux-walnut top from 1981, two entertainment towers for audio equipment or collectibles, oak dining table with leaf + table pads & 6 chairs, oak storage buffet/sideboard, baker's rack in gold with glass & rattan shelves, Flexsteel loveseat (burgundy), stylish coffee table with coordinating sofa/console table, glass & metal entry table, multiple tables of home decor, glassware & dishes, including a Mid Century martini set (pitcher with stirring wand, shaker with chrome top & 4 martini glasses).  We use a "dot" system where most items are $5 or less.
