•Valuables and jewelry are kept off-premises except for during the sale. Our sales do have security systems and CAMERAS are in use.

•Please bring your own boxes and help to move any large items you purchase. We reserve the right to refuse admittance into our sale. NO EARLY BIRDS. Out of respect for the privacy of the family please do not disturb.

• No Public Restroom

•The family does have the right to remove an item prior to the sale. We apologize if an item posted is not available. We look forward to seeing you at our sale!

 This nice family has lived in this twenty-acre ranch house for 40 years.  They have furniture, collectibles, tools, garden, art, décor, kitchenware, Knick knacks, books, clothing, records, vintage stereo speakers, Christmas décor, costume jewelry and so much more!

     The door opens promptly on Sat. at 8 NO EARLY BIRDS). Sign up on paper posted near GATE. You will enter in order of signup. Parking is limited please do not block neighbor’s driveway.  Come early for the best selection. Come back again on Saturday at 11 almost everything will be 1/2 price and fill a bag on many things.
