Part 2 of our Browns Valley Estate sale. For part 2 we will have the contents of the home, the ceramic shop, and vehicles open.

Important driving directions: maps takes you a different way to this address. If you are coming from Yuba City; Stay on HWY 20 and pass Marysville Rd. After you pass Marysville Rd you then turn left onto Peoria Rd ( about 2 .5 miles ). Proceed to the location from there. We will have plenty of signs up!

*2017 Honda CR-V 2017 EXL sport with navigation & sun roof. This is highest trim model for that year. It has 116k miles on it. Interior is in great shape. Leather has some
wearing on the center console. Windshield is cracked and will probably need to be replaced by the new owner. It is one month out of registration. Registration fees are $361.00.
