•We accept CASH and all sales are final and sold AS IS so please check items carefully. Prices are not quoted before the sale.

•If you plan to come at 8am please text/call 530-693-0386 they day before the sale after 9. You will enter in order of signup. Those that sign up will enter first.

•Parking is limited please do not block the neighbor’s driveway.
•Valuables and jewelry are kept off-premises except for during the sale. Our sales do have security systems and CAMERAS are in use.
•Please bring your own boxes, muscle, help and truck to move any large items you purchase.
We reserve the right to refuse admittance into our sale. NO EARLY BIRDS. Out of respect for the privacy of the family please do not disturb.

We will also have a silent auction on Saturday from 8 to 10 for a few of the items including: the Craftsman riding lawnmower and Ferguson tractor. All items must be picked up by Saturday at 1:30.
The door opens promptly on Saturday at 8:00 am (NO EARLY BIRDS). If you plan to arrive at 8 am on Saturday please sign up for this sale by texting or leaving a message with your name to 530-693-0386 after 9 am on Friday the day before the sale. Come early for best selection. Come back again almost everything will be 1/2 price and sometime on Sat. we will have fill a bag on specific items. We look forward to seeing you all at the sale!
