In order to be compliant with both CDC guidelines and orders issued by the California Governor and Board of Health, this is how we will be handling our live sales.

We will set a limit of ten customers in the location at a time
Please maintain a distance of 6' from staff and other customers
Please limit touching sale items unless you are seriously interested in purchasing that item
Please wear a mask
We will keep doors and windows open for fresh air so please dress accordingly
We will have hand sanitizer available for your use
And please... if you have been exposed or are not feeling well, we ask you to stay home, take care of yourself and your family!

Cash only. All sales are final.
Please bring boxes, bags and wrap for your purchases.
All resale purchases must be accompanied by a valid resale certificate.
Sales tax will be charged.
Numbers will be given out at 7a on the first day of our sale. Lists started prior to numbers will not be honored.
Please be respectful of the neighbors. Do not block driveways or impede traffic on the street.
BE PREPARED TO MOVE AND LOAD YOUR OWN ITEMS - Our staff is unable to assist with moving and loading
Purses and bags will not be allowed into this sale. We ask you to secure them in your car before entering the premises.
All children must be accompanied by an adult. Strollers and carriers will not be allowed in the sale.
