Property is located in a gate community. You will need a gate code which I will provide at the time of your appointment/arrival.

Time slots will be for 1 hour of shopping.

Allowing 5 shoppers per time slot.

Please do not arrive early, we ask no one stands outside as not to draw attention.

Please do not block any driveways.
Please do not double park.

Absolutely No purses, handbags, backpacks, ect. will be allowed on the property.

For the safety of small children and for the safety of the contents of the home, small children are no permitted.

Empty bags and boxes are permitted for easier shopping.

This is a CASH ONLY sale.

Cameras will be in use during your shopping experience.

There are no Restrooms available
