All stock is priced as marked and offered as found. This event is open to the public. Please be prepared to remove your purchases before the close of the sale. We accept credit card and cash, but not checks. All sales are subject to 9.0% sales tax. Buyers submitting a legitimate Sales and Use Tax Permit (a.k.a. “Seller’s Permit”) or Tax Exempt Certificate are exempt from California sales tax. We ask that no large purses, totes or backpacks be brought to the sale site. Shopping bags are provided.

This two bedroom home is filled with all sorts of treasures for you to discover. Handy? There's a garage and three sheds packed with tools and all sorts of useful gear to help you finish whatever crafty project you have. We've got some really nice decorative pieces including vases, plates, statuettes, tea cups and saucers, candy dishes, and much more. There are lots of unopened cleaning supplies, and a kitchen full of housewares. We also have a 1972 Volkswagen Beetle for sale, as well as all the big appliances.
