This sale is located at a Private home... Use caution when walking around, please watch your step and look before you walk! Please enter home at the far end of the driveway near the garage. I will not be responsible for any injuries or accidents that may occur on or near the sale premises. You enter at your own risk. All sales are final with no returns or exchanges. All items will be sold in "as is" condition without warranty. All items sold on a first come - first served basis. We reserve the right to refuse to sell to anyone upon discretion. Staff will not be available for heavy lifting or loading of furniture.
