DIRECTIONS: FROM DESERT LAWN DRIVE TURN INTO MAIN ENTRANCE ONTO PLANTATION DRIVE, MAKE A LEFT ON SEQUOIA. UNIT 330 HOME IS ON LEFT HAND SIDE.

WE DO NOT PRE-SELL UNLESS SPECIFICALLY STATED. WE DO NOT QUOTE PRICES BEFORE THE SALE: We work on multiple homes at the same time and correctly quoting prices is almost impossible.

The sign in sheet will be posted between 7:00 am-8:00 am on the first day of the sale only. Sign in sheet is on a first come first serve basis. If you somehow find/locate the home before we arrive, homeowner & neighbors prefer that you place a box or bag as a marker and wait in your vehicle for my arrival. Note you must be present at the time the sign in sheet is put out. Hope to see you there.
