Neither Neal Geyer or company Starbazaar, or the homeowners accepts ANY liability for accident, injury, or catastrophe. You will be most appreciated if you if you are wearing a mask, and practicing social distance.
Please be quiet and respectful to the neighbors . Please park in legal spots as well.. Don't want anyone getting towed away.
