Homeowner occupied. Do not disturb our clients outside of business hours or during the day. Client will be present during sale. Please be respectful. All valuables will be removed from the house each night. Staff cannot lift heavy items, so please bring someone if you need help moving large or heavy items. Thank you.

Absolutely no pets allowed.
Bring your own bags and boxes please. Some will be available . Remember, you will have to move any large items, at your own risk. Bring help and trucks if need be. Thank you.

***This is a very unique sale. This is the estate of Bob and Dorothy Sea Gazeley (a famous songwriter). Gazeley received a platinum record for the song “Lessons to be Learned “ on the album called “ Higher Ground “sung and made famous by Barbra Streisand; a platinum record for a song on the Runaway Bride soundtrack; a platinum record for “Winner in You”, sung by Patti LaBelle; and a gold record for “Sin Red.” These are all being included in the sale. ***
There are loads of papers associated with Gazeley’s songwriting—songs that she hand wrote, ideas for songs, etc., as well as many master cassette recordings of Gazeley’s songs. She also framed albums in which she participated (wrote a song included on the album.). These albums include Shelly West, June Pointer, Patti LaBelle, musical Tap, and many others.
