Please note this estate is not Wheelchair accessible and has multiple levels and uneven ground.
There will be NO large purses allowed in this sale. Boxes and baskets are ok. Shoplifters will be prosecuted. The property is fully equipped with a recording security camera system and a monitored security alarm.
** We do not use a sign in list. People will be let in on a first come basis.
**Please note, we try to provide and monitor as best as we can a “Holding Area” at each of our sales. However we are not responsible if another shopper manages to purchase an item that was on hold. If you are at all concerned about this happening we encourage you to purchase your items, carry them to your car and then continue shopping. Thank you ***

PLEASE NOTE; Tristan Estate Sales and the homeowners are not responsible for any accidents that may occur during the sale. This house has uneven ground and may be hard for some to walk around. You enter the property at your own risk.

Our next sale is loaded with many great things!! It is located in a gated community. The guard will begin letting shoppers through the gate at 9:30 am on both Friday and Saturday. Please let the guard know you are there for the estate sale at property #395.
Furniture ~ This estate has a mixture of western/farmhouse/rustic style furniture along with 1950’s through 1970’s furniture. You will find an MCM Lane side table, a Mid-Century Modern Triangular Travertine Stone Top Side Table, a cool sofa, bamboo furniture, mirrors, lighting and more.
Clothing ~ You will find a huge collection of women’s clothing and some vintage mens clothing ranging is sizes small through 1X. There is vintage clothing, contemporary clothing (many are new with tags) and some antique clothing. There is also a large selection of cowboy hats (Borsalino, Cody James, etc), shoes, handbags (Dooney & Bourke some new with tags) and other accessories
Jewelry ~ There is a great collection of jewelry. There is a large selection of vintage costume jewelry (Brooches, necklaces, bracelets, etc) by makers such as; Weiss, Miriam Haskell, etc. There is also a good selection of sterling silver jewelry with many of the pieces being vintage Taxco.. There is also new jewelry perfect for gift giving!
Collectibles ~ There is a large selection of vinyl records and 45’s, a large VHS and cassette tape collection, DVDs, Elvis collectibles, Native American collectibles (pottery, music instruments, and more), vintage electronics, cute cat collectibles and much more!
Art Supplies ~ Acrylic paints, paint brushes, sketch books, art books and much more!
Kitchenware ~ There’s a cute mug collection, MCM glassware, vintage kitchenware, barware, stoneware, etc
Music Instruments ~ 3 acoustic Guitars, a sheet music stand, a tambourine, Native American music instruments, a large rain stick
