Please note this estate is not Wheelchair accessible and has multiple levels and uneven ground.
There will be NO large purses allowed in this sale. Boxes and baskets are ok. Shoplifters will be prosecuted. The property is fully equipped with a recording security camera system and a monitored security alarm.
** We do not use a sign in list. People will be let in on a first come basis.
**Please note, we try to provide and monitor as best as we can a “Holding Area” at each of our sales. However we are not responsible if another shopper manages to purchase an item that was on hold. If you are at all concerned about this happening we encourage you to purchase your items, carry them to your car and then continue shopping. Thank you ***

We are beyond excited to be working on this next upcoming estate sale located in the hillside community of Santa Clarita CA! If you’ve been following and shopping our sales, this is the one we’ve been telling you about! This one is truly the one you just cant miss! This next sale will encompass the household belongings as well as the massive collection amassed by a longtime resident and businessman deeply rooted in the area as well as the owner of one of the community’s longest standing business. The three bedroom house is full of antique furnishings as well as a collection of so many different types of collectibles! He obviously loved collecting! From the massive collection of vinyl LP’s, to everything elephants! From antique kitchenware to antique glass collections. From the huge collection of toy cars still in packaging to vintage electronics, stereo components and a garage packed with tools, fishing gear and golf clubs just for starters.
This sale will include:
- Furniture ~ Many antique pieces of furniture, Lane Mid Century Modern cabinets, an antique bar from the 1800’s shipped from Europe, vintage barstools, a Lane MCM dining table and chairs, a Heywood Wakefield MCM dresser, antique dressers, etc. Too much to list!
