By signing below and entering the property in connection with an estate sale, I acknowledge that I
am voluntarily entering at my own risk and knowingly assuming all risks of injury or harm arising
from known and unknown hazardous or dangerous conditions on the property. These conditions
may include, without limitation, uneven or unstable surfaces, dirt or unpaved areas, tripping
hazards, fall risks, sharp objects or materials, a swimming pool or other water features that
may present a risk of drowning, steps, missing or inadequate handrails, and other
structural, environmental, or site-related conditions, whether open and obvious or concealed. I
further acknowledge that I have had the opportunity to observe conditions and ask questions before
entering. To the fullest extent permitted by law, I hereby release, waive, and discharge the property
owner, estate, agents, and any related parties from any and all claims, demands, or causes of
action arising out of or related to my entry onto and presence on the property, including those
based on ordinary negligence. I agree that I am entering freely and voluntarily with full knowledge of
the risks involved. Everything sold AS IS, no refunds.
