Huge Sand Canyon Estate Sale..Picker's Paradise...Part 1

PLEASE NOTE:

THIS WAS A HOARDER HOUSE AND RATS HAD TAKEN OVER FOR A PERIOD OF TIME. SOME ITEMS MAY HAVE EVIDENCE OF THAT.

Items range from very dirty/grimey to clean. GLOVES ARE RECOMMENDED.

There are bees in the trees on the property.

PARKING WILL BE A CHALLENGE... the property is down a long long sloping driveway...Several cars can fit at the bottom and can turn around but for those that aren't able to park down the driveway we will most likely be shuttling people up and down.

Huge Picker's Sale! This weekend is Part 1 of 2. The lower level of the house will be open for Part 1: 2 bedrooms, 6 garage spaces and outside.

Partially displayed/organized... there are lots of boxes and bins full of interesting items!

Glassware, Ceramic, Figurines and more...

Toys, DVDs, VHS, Cassettes, LPs, and more...

Tools, Costume Jewelry, art and more...

Large collection of vintage turtle and eagle themed items...

There is a lot to dig through!

More pictures to come...
