We will open promptly at 8:00 am on Friday
I will have a sign up sheet,(mine only) at the front of the roped off driveway at 5:00 am for you to sign and then you can come back at time of sale, no other papers, bags or items to hold your place in line will be excepted.Every person coming to sale must sign the sign up sheet, one person per line. I will be letting in a limited amount of people at a time as the driveway is steep and some uneven steps around the house.

Please be careful while on the property and know you take full responsibility for your own safety.
We will not except checks, I will except venmo, paypal and zelle.

Please bring help to load large items as we don't have the man power to help with loading or lifting heavy items. All items must be removed by the last sale day Sunday. we can't take responsibility for any damage your items may acquire if left at estate for more than 24 hour period due to pedestrian traffic, however we will try to keep in a safe place till pick up.
