No purses, large or small or bags or boxes will be allowed. No bulky or oversized coats.

Cash only, no credit cards or checks. We accept checks from pre-approved clients only.
We do not lift or load. You are responsible for removing your purchases the day of the sale. If you buy heavy items, bring your own muscle.
Sales tax of 7.75%% charged on all purchases (Carlsbad) unless you provide a copy of your valid California resale certificate and fill out our form. All numbers verified on site with the BOE.
No excessive haggling or arguing with staff. We endeavor to maintain a pleasant shopping environment for everyone.

For San Diego customers who are not frequent shoppers with us, please note:
1) You must have a valid California sellers permit/resale number (and bring proof of it,) fill out our form in order to be "tax exempt." Otherwise you will be charged 7.75%. There are no exceptions.
2) We do not accept cards, but will hold your item (with a deposit) while you go to the ATM.

RE: PARKING
Please note as well: The home is located at the end of a cul de sac, so there is little parking within the cul de sac...parking right outside the cul de sac is 3-4 houses away and a very short walk...If there is not parking within the cul de sac, please DO NOT block neighbor's driveways or mailboxes. Thank you in advance.
