Born, across the world, in the mid-20th century with true passions for aeronautics and science, our client came to the United States in the 1960's and went on to become an experienced private and professional pilot as well as a world renowned scientist and entrepreneur.
Our "Once in a Lifetime" ... "Time Capsule Sale" comes to you from beautiful La Costa, California. This designer built 1970's home features the finest and most distinctive furniture, fixtures and decorator items that the world had to offer at that exact moment in time.
The list of interior designers as well as world renowned furniture and decor manufacturers is long with many from Italy, Spain, Germany and the United States. Please Note that when we can identify the design, designer or maker, we supply the information in the captions under the photos in this listing.
The phrase "TIME CAPSULE" was given to this estate by our team as approximately 95% of the furniture, decor items, fixtures, kitchenware, barware, electronics, clothing, luggage, perfumes, colognes and personal items seem to be BRAND NEW OLD STOCK pieces from the 1970's - 80's, many still with their original Mid-century and Post-Modern string tags and prices still attached.
