We have made every effort to describe this item as accurately as possible with any defects. Expect normal signs of wear associated with antiques, vintage and used items. We do not list every flaw. All items are sold AS IS. No refunds or returns.
Caring Transitions of Carlsbad & La Jolla does not guarantee the working order of any clock, watch, and electronic or mechanical device. Dimensions given may be approximate. A bid is an agreement to purchase the item(s). You are committed to purchasing your winning item(s). Please do not bid if you do not plan to purchase. Bidding privileges may be suspended if you default on this agreement.

*Please Note: Our online auction site is designed to replicate a live auction. If bidding is happening at the end of the auction, time will be added to allow all bidders the same chance to win the item. If identical bids are placed on an item, the first person to place the bid will be awarded the item if it is the high bid at the close of the auction.

We regularly add items throughout the course of an auction, so please check back often and soon!

INVOICING & PAYMENT:
Please WAIT for your online invoice. After the auction closes, you will get an automatic email stating you were the highest bidder - this IS NOT YOUR INVOICE. We will begin processing the closed auction during regular business hours the day following the auction closing. Your invoice will be emailed within one-two days. We will combine multiple items "won" in one invoice.

Seller requires pre-payment through PayPal. You do *not* need to have a PayPal account, and may pay as a "guest" with a debit/credit card if you prefer. Payment must clear PayPal before shipping or pick-up, so please process payment as soon as you receive your invoice from Caring Transitions of Carlsbad & La Jolla.
A 15% Buyer's Premium and 7.75% California Sales Tax will be added to each purchase. If you are outside of California, please wait for an updated invoice without sales tax.
*Please DO NOT pay with an "eCheck"/checking account, as that method of payment can delay the processing of funds past our payment deadline.

In no event shall Caring Transitions of Carlsbad be held responsible for having made or implied any warranty of merchantability or fitness of an item for a particular purpose. It is the buyer's responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinative factor regarding specific item(s).

Shipping:
Shipping is available at buyer’s request. Buyer pays shipping costs. Please note that packing and shipping can be very expensive, so take that into account when placing your bids. Invoice must be paid by the deadline for item(s) to be taken for shipping.
