1. Cash only.
2. Items will not be held until paid for in full. Paid-and-hold items or paid for auction items may be picked up during the sale or after 4:00 on Saturday. We encourage you to attend with helpers, hand trucks or dollies as needed and an appropriate vehicle.
3. We are not responsible for loading your purchases and or moving your items. Our staff will be fully engaged in the sale and unable to assist.
4. All merchandise sold as is and .all sales are final.
5. Please bring your own boxes,wrapping paper or other appropriate materials as well as the ability to package your own purchases. A limited number of grocery size bags will be available.
6. Boxes, bags, day packs, totes, large purses should be left in your vehicle or at home. They cannot be brought in to the sale.

Pre- sale, early birds and discounts
We do not sell items or give out prices in advance of the sale. Please do not contact us with questions about the sale items.
All items are inside the home which is locked to all but staff. Early bird shoppers may line up outside.
Discounts of approximately 25% will be offered Saturday afternoon on select items.

Parking
There is no parking on the property. All parking must be on the street. Please be respectful to neighboring properties and don't block driveways.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone and are not responsible for injury or death.

The best items from this sale date from the late 1930s - fine furniture and the tools that made it.  Carefully selected pearls from times before and after. There is no junk at this sale.
 
Approximately twenty items will be sold via silent auction at the sale.
Doors open at 9:00 am on Friday
Auction runs 10:00 am - 12:00 noon on Friday.
At approximately 12:15 pm Friday, we will begin announcing the winning bids. Winning bidders should be present at that time to complete payment. If not present, the next highest bidder will be contacted.

Solid walnut, cherry or maple, nearly all of this furniture is in the french provincial style, custom built, hand carved, and lacquer finished.  It is a world apart from today's mass produced furniture.
