LaSalle's residence, adjacent to their commercial compex. Personal and household items and various antiques and collectibles will be sold the weekend of Nov. 16-17. All items in the commercial complex - the store, the large house and all items in the yard - have already been sold . Hawkeye's Estate Sales has concluded that sale and we are now sellling the contents of the residence only.

The LaSalle's residence we are selling from this weekend is a bit more difficult to find/access than is usual, so please be sure to read the driving instructions. The property is accessed from Ranch Road, the driveway into the property is located what would be 42 Ranch Road, but there is no such number. It's across of 41 Ranch Road. We will have signs out to guide our customers, but we learned that there will be 3 different sales going on this weekend that will be advertised on the N. Ventura Ave/Ranch Road intersection. Please be sure to follow our signs - Hawkeye's Estate Sales, tan with black lettering - to reach our sale.

If you are coming from Ventura and heading north, pass 8541 N. Ventura Ave. on your left and make a left at the next cross street, which will be Ranch Road. After you turn left at this corner you will be heading west. The entrance to the sale is through a driveway whose location corresponds to 42 Ranch Road, although there is no such number displayed by the driveway.

Drive down Ranch Road a short distance until you get to 41 Ranch Road. White mailbox on the right has the number 41. Directly across the mailbox is a long driveway that leads to the estate sale property. There is no number but the location of the driveway corresponds to the address 42 Ranch Road, Ventura, CA 93001 (Casitas Springs).

LaSalle's in the winter of 1949, when it snowed in Ventura. LaSalle's is an iconic property in Casitas Springs that started out in the 1930s as a lumber & hardware store and eventually became also a second hand store. The LaSalle's property included both the commercial operation and adjacent to it their residence.
