• Please DO NOT remove art from the walls: get a written ticket, pay, and we will remove it for you with a stamped ticket
• Be respectful of neighbors — do not block any driveways
• We reserve the right to deny entry to anyone at our discretion

No firearms, coins, or other high-value items will be stored on the premises outside of designated sale hours and will remain secured at all times.
All firearm sales will be conducted in full compliance with California law. The Estate Edit LA does not process firearm transactions. All transfers will be handled exclusively through a licensed Federal Firearms Dealer (FFL). No firearms will be transferred on site. All required background checks and the mandatory 10-day waiting period will be strictly enforced prior to release. For security purposes, only one individual at a time will be permitted to view firearms.
