One Day Only. Because of the small size of the home, ALL items are available for presale. Must follow all presale information below (please read before messaging us) MORE PHOTOS WILL BE ADDED IN THE NEXT FEW DAYS
PRESALES: We have our sales listed in many places. For presales Send a TEXT along with a PHOTO or screenshot of the item to 760-668-0554. Please do not send a photo number (the photo numbers do not correspond with our photo number and again we list on many different sites) Also DO NOT send questions through this Ad. Most of the messages do not reach us and many customers also say that they never get our responses. TEXT ONLY. 1) All items AT THIS SALE are for sale NOW. 2) Item must be paid for Via Zelle or we are unable to hold. 3) Items may be picked up at designated times or during the actual sale. If you pick up before sale, we DO NOT allow people inside the home, we will bring item outside for you. 4) All presales are subject to the applicable City Sales tax. 5) All Sales are FINAL. No returns/exchanges/refunds. NO EXCEPTIONS. 6) Please see photos for item condition. We are unable to answer questions regarding condition. If there is a question regarding condition that the photos do not address, we recommend coming the day of the sale. Due to time constraints we are not able to allow anyone to come view items. 7) Please do NOT ask for a discount. We do not discount items until after the first day of the actual sale. 8) We allow presales for items that someone really wants. This is done as courtesy. Please respect our time and do not send many questions. If you have lots of questions, again its best to COME THE DAY OF THE SALE to view/purchase. 8) We do our best to update sold items but often we don't have the time to constantly update our multiple listings.
