A sign up sheet will be posted at 8:00am on Thursday morning ONLY and we will open at 9:00am SHARP. My sign up sheet is the only one I will be using. You must be in line to put your name and only your name on the sign up sheet. No sign up sheet will be used on Friday and Saturday. Pricing will not be quoted over the phone, text or via email. Please make sure not to disturb the neighbors and form a line on the sidewalk. CREDIT CARD MINIMUM IS $25.00. All Sales are Final, no returns. All items sold as is and with no guarantees or warranties. Seller and Grasons Co. are not liable for any damage and or injuries to persons and properties in the home or outside the home.
