*We will have bags and paper for your use after items are purchased

*We must monitor and limit the number of shoppers, be prepared with patience and practice social distancing.

*We care about the health and safety of our staff and our customers. We reserve the right to refuse service to those who are not following safety guidelines.

*If you feel sick, please stay home.

·    Waivers with entry numbers will be available beginning at 8:30 am Wednesday for those physically in line, we MUST have a signed waiver for each person entering the house, thank you.

.    We will take phone numbers for text entry. We will text you for admittance by number. Be prepared with a phone number for us to text you.

·       No sign-up list will be honored.

·       No place holders will be honored for those that are not physically at the house.

·       We do not pre-sell or quote prices prior to the sale (unless previously sold by online auction as mentioned).

·       We gladly accept All Credit Cards and Cash, no checks.

·       We are required by the State of California to collect sales tax. Only VALID Resale Certificates will be honored.
