Archive Estate Sales, LLC will not be responsible for any injuries or accidents that may occur on or near the estate sale premises.
You enter at your own risk. All sales are final with no returns or exchanges. All items will be sold in "as is" condition without warranty.
We will only hold items for up to one hour and a non-refundable deposit is required. All items sold on a first come-first serve basis.
Any item or items in sale may be withdrawn without notice at any time. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone upon discretion.
No oversized bags or backpacks permitted. Children or strollers will be allowed under discretion. Estate sale staff may not be available for heavy lifting and/or loading of furniture. Delivery is available for a fee. No checks, but all major credit cards are accepted.
Due to the standards caused by the current pandemic, face masks will be required to be worn by all patrons for entry, and only a few customers will be allowed inside at a time for safe distancing purposes.

Phyllis Solcyk was a profound artist that created watercolor prints of people and places, working in her studio located within her home. After completing fifty plus years of her residency at her home, many of her personal items as well as various examples of her art and artwork will become available for the first time!
Included in the sale will be a massive portfolio of her watercolor creations as framed and matted prints with samples of unframed and unfinished portrait pieces. In addition, the sale will be featuring art and artist supplies, large and small living room furnishings, kitchenware and kitchen appliances, bedroom linens, sheets, towels, and related soft goods, office supplies and furnishings, electronics such as a HP LaserJet 4000N monochrome laser printer, a complete Sony DVD Home Theater system model HDX500, and a collection of Macintosh legacy and contemporary computer systems including a blue 1999 Power Mac G4 tower, a first generation 2000 indigo colored iMac, a mid-2007 iMac, and a Mac Pro 1,1 tower.
One will also find 1960-1970‘s LP records, 45 RPM records from the 1950‘s through the 1980’s, a Yamaha Tyros 3 Digital Workstation professional electronic keyboard, vintage costume jewelry, “Mad” magazines c.1959-1960, large and small hand and power tools, a full sized rolling metal barbecue, legacy formal dinnerware pieces, cut crystal glassware, a full sized china cabinet, a dining room credenza, a four chair contemporary styled breakfast table, vintage women’s clothing and accessories, bathroom gear, brand new AVON cosmetics, a Singer sewing machine, two upright vacuum cleaners, hardcover books, eclectic table-top knickknacks, a garage full of unique large and small household and domestic items, Christmas cards and decorations, and MORE!
