Frozen in the 1970's, you expect to hear "Marsha, Marsha, Marsha" when you step in!!

We have a very nice collection of vintage and some fine jewelry.

Furnishings were never updated so the long orange and green sofa (sleeper), bright yellow swivel arm-chairs, over-sized nubby swivel chair, traditional (and solid as a rock) dining table/8 chairs, 50's china cabinet with retro copper knobs , two tier low-boy dresser, wonderful vintage rolling tea cart with spanish tile top, beautiful floor-to-ceiling bookcases (4 doubles and 2 singles), glass/wrought iron end tables, wrought iron baker racks, gorgeous antique dresser...(we dug this one out of the garage!!), the very Austin Powers bright yellow and white kitchenette with swivel chairs with yellow "Happy Face-ish" light fixture, vintage drapes, Flower Power swag lamp with pom-pom shade, textile wall hangings (some from their world travels), artwork, white lacquer trundle bed with matching corner table, lighting including lamp tables...etc etc....all remain!!!

Also being sold are: Thomas "Californian" Organ, HUGE vintage JBL Floor Speakers, wheel chair, Rascal motorized chair, some electronics, vintage filmstrip projector (with interesting collection LIFE travel filmstrips in 3-drawer case), vintage board games, LOTS of playing card decks, LOTS of vintage Christmas and some Halloween, crafts, Books, including antique and HUNDREDS of paperbacks, LOTS of desk items (pads of paper, etc. ), antique tintype photos, camping equipment, kitchenware, MANY interesting "smalls", sewing cabinets with contents, women's clothing (LARGE...Size 18/20), vintage linens....etc.

As the home is not yet listed for sale, we're even going to try to sell the HUGE 3-tier fountain with inlaid tile out back and the 2-tier fountain in the front yard!
