WE HAVE A/C for your comfort. No bags or backpacks can be carried in. Bring a box. Cash! NO $100 BILLS. We will be checking all bills for counterfeit money. CC accepted with chip reader ONLY. A 3% charge will be added on all CC sales. Please bring help for large items. We will not provide any help at this sale. If you purchase a large item and can't take it with you, you will have a few days to make pick-up arrangements. Any items left after 48 hours will be considered abandoned and donated. There will be a hold table but we are not responsible for items left at the hold table. Items put on the hold table are a promise to pay so make sure you want the item(s) before leaving your items on the hold table. You are entering this home and it's premises at your own risk. We are not responsible for any accidents. No children or pets. No bathrooms available. We will have coffee and doughnuts for you while waiting at the front. A sign up sheet will available at 6am on Saturday for your convenience. We will have bags and wrapping for your items after purchase. You will be responsible for wrapping your own purchases.
