This sale is put on by the deceased family, not a company. All sales are final and items are sold in 'as is' condition. Items are priced fairly.
Most large items can be taken as soon as they are purchased. If they are holding other items, we will remove them as quickly as possible. Please bring assistance and your own large vehicle for transportation of large items.
Accepted Payments are: Cash, PayPal, Venmo, and Zelle. Credit Cards are accepted with a 4% transaction fee added to the sale total.
The home is occupied. Please do not disturb the residents. We ask that you please only enter designated rooms and areas.

Parking in this gated community is limited. Additional parking is available on Rutgers Ave and Gotham St. Please do not block driveways. All parking spots are open to all.
