My policy is no presales of any type. All stock is available on a "first come, first served" basis. I do not allow holds, exchanges, returns or refunds. I do not give out numbers or post a sign-up sheet for our sales. First in line the day of the sale is welcome to start a sign in sheet. This is not an auction. All stock is offered "as is" and "where is". Sorry but I do not provide staff for heavy lifting and loading of furniture. You must bring your own brawn.
You must be prepared to remove your purchases before the close of the sale on December 13, by no later than 2:00pm. This is a cash only sale. Sales tax for LA County is 9% and will be added to your total. A copy of your resale permit is required if you are in the re-sale business. I accept cash only for this sale. Boxes only for gathering are permitted. We are practicing safety measures and not permitting bags and purses. The charlatan's are stepping up their act and I will give them the boot.

IMPORTANT DIRECTION INFO:
The numbering of addresses on Mountain Ave in Claremont can sometimes seem a little confusing. You will go approximately a half mile north from Baseline on Mountain Ave and then you will begin to climb up a hill and the entry into this community will say Claraboya. The home is about another 1/4 mile beyond that point. Watch for my yellow and black signs. The hill is steep and please no parking in the driveway or blocking the driveway.
