On-site AEL&S sign-in sheet will be available after 6 am ON DAY OF SALE ONLY. Any other customer-created sign-in sheets will be ignored and discarded. Only customers with names written on AEL&S' official sign-in sheet will be given first-serve preference.
AEL&S reserves the right to refuse service, deny entry or eject anyone who does not follow estate sale guidelines, including mandatory masks and social distancing. We wish to make this a pleasant sale for everyone.
This circa 1950's home has been locked up for a number of years, and was recently up to reveal a jam-packed trove of unique household goods, furniture, clothing, wrought-iron remnants, antiques and collectibles. Basically, we have something for everyone - from the super mundane to the super collectibles.
We're still sifting through tons of items, and will be up to the day of sale, but here's what we have found as of this writing:
- 1925 prop sword from the original silent version of "Ben Hur"
- 1900-1980's perfume bottle collection. Scores of bottles of every kind, from rare crystal artist creations to more common finds. Highpoint in this collection is a monogrammed bottle from the Bette Davis estate.
