Credit/debit cards or cash for purchases only no checks will be accepted. We charge sales tax unless you have a valid resale permit. If you buy a large or heavy item, please bring help to get it into your vehicle. Grasons personnel are not allowed to move large items.

We cannot guarantee items in photos will be at the sale. Photos are provided as a courtesy and are subject to change. We do our best to update photos prior to the first sale day, there are circumstances such as presale and family members removing items last minute which can impact availability of items. Grasons Co Pomona Valley here again presenting you with another 2 day estate sale in the city of Claremont.

Friday Day 1- 9-1pm

Saturday Day 2- (Final day) 9-1pm

Address will be posted at 6:00am Friday Day 1. Sign in sheet will be be available at 8:00am. Last day Sign in sheet will go out at 8:30am. Do not leave anything by the front door or in the driveway. Please line-up on the sidewalk if you want to be on the sign-up sheet.

Please follow all the rules and direction from the staff. All rules are posted before entering and by entering you agree to all. All Items are to be picked up by closing on the last day of the sale.

Due to volume of items and sales we can not get back to you for questions regarding pricing please see photos for condition of items. Everything is sold as is where is. Please bring your own boxes and bags along with help for loading.
