Owned and operated by a 30 year Army Veteran MSG (Ret) who's father and grandfather were auctioneers in Peoria, Illinois. Family business included an auction house where auctions were held three days a week, police auctions, and complete household sales. Business also included a gas station, Spiegel clearance auction, snack bar, furniture store and real estate.
Estate sale experience - 45 years estate sale experience with numerous awards for #1 customer service, AS & BA in business, Law school, and computer programming/business auditing. Too many accomplishments to list.
NO PRE-SALES ARE ALLOWED or ENTERTAINED.
CASH ONLY. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO DENY SERVICE.

It's a true honor to host and manage this estate sale for a Army Veteran family who traveled the world and collected beautiful items.
Sale will be Friday, Saturday, Sunday, August 2/3/4.
Anyone can start a sign in roster from 6am on date of sale. Any previous lists prior to that will not be honored.
