If you WIN - picking up lots will be Saturday, July 14th 9am-11am and Sunday, July 15th 3pm-5pm!

All sales are FINAL. Absolutely no refunds, exchanges or returns. You MUST take all items in a winning lot. If you bid - you are required to pay.

A 3% service fee will be applied to all credit card purchases. $20.00 minimum on all card purchases

Bid Retractions:
There are no bid retractions. ALL BIDS ARE NON-CANCELLABLE ONCE SUBMITTED. Once a bid is made and confirmed, it cannot be retracted. When a bid is made you manifest your intent and ability to buy the lot at the bid price. A false or fraudulent bid may result in legal action. Any winning Bidder who refuses to purchase the lot may be banned from all future online auctions.

DO NOT BID IF:
- You are not able to pick up winning lots on Saturday, July 14th 9am-11am or Sunday, July 15th 3pm-5pm. We will not make any other arrangements for pick up.

- You do intend to pay. A false or fraudulent bid may result in legal action. Any winning Bidder who refuses to purchase the lot may be banned from all future online auctions.
