You are entering private property at your own risk. We are not responsible for loss, damage, or injury.

No purses, large or small or bags or boxes will be allowed. No bulky or oversized coats.

All sales are final. Please carefully inspect items before purchase.

There are NO RETURNS-no exceptions.

Cash only, no credit cards or checks. We accept checks from pre-approved clients only.

We do not lift or load. You are responsible for removing your purchases the day of the sale. If you buy heavy items, bring your own muscle.

Sales tax of 7.75%% charged on all purchases (Orange Co) unless you provide a copy of your valid California resale certificate and fill out our form. All numbers verified on site with the BOE.

No excessive haggling or arguing with staff. We endeavor to maintain a pleasant shopping environment for everyone.

The Orange County Sherriff's Department has been notified of this sale and will be monitoring our event for additional security. In addition, we will have a plain clothes armed police officer as security.

We will open at 9 am. I or a member of my staff will put out a sign up sheet by 8 am. No other list will be honored so please wait for us to arrive. Thank you.

Also the family will be selling motor vehicles. We have a 2005 Lincoln LS and motor home for sale.

Here is the plan...

We will open at 9 am, sell until 1130 am.

Break for 30 minutes...put out another sign up sheet for 12 noon at big discounts.

Then beginning at 12 noon until 2 pm, most items, (excluding muscial instruments and vehicles) will be half price. The musical instruments will be discounted, but we will not know what percentage the family will allow until the day of the sale.
