You are entering private property at your own risk. We are not responsible for loss, damage, or injury.
No purses, large or small or bags or boxes will be allowed. No bulky or oversized coats.
All sales are final. Please carefully inspect items before purchase.
There are NO RETURNS-NO EXCEPTIONS
Cash only, no credit cards or checks. We accept checks from pre-approved clients only. We also accept Zelle from regular customers.
We do not lift or load. You are responsible for removing your purchases the day of the sale.
Any items larger than what you can carry in your hand will require the services of a professional move. We can arrange pick up and delivery of your large item through Ortega's Delivery Service who you will pay directly for the delivery of your item.
Sales tax of 7.75%% charged on all purchases (Orange County) unless you provide a copy of your valid California resale certificate and fill out our form. All numbers verified on site with the California Tax and Fee Administration (formerly the California Board of Equalization.)
No excessive haggling or arguing with staff. We endeavor to maintain a pleasant shopping environment for everyone.
Please do not email or call asking for prices. We do not give out prices prior to the sale's opening.

We have moved this sale up a week...Now the sale will take place this Friday, March 4 and Saturday March 5 from 9-12 each day. We just booked another sale for next week.

This sale is not in a gated area and there are no restrictions. However, we will stagger people so that we maintain an even flow of people, and so as not to inundate this beautiful quiet street with too many cars at one time. Thank you for your understanding.

We also have a collection of Vasa lucite...6 cubes and one triangle....beautiful and unusual!
Our clients travelled the world extensively, read profusely and lived life to the fullest....their lifelong collection is highly unique and interesting. You will find items here that are rarely seen in other homes or estates....There is something for everyone here at this sale.
This wonderful estate is filled with vintage treasures, beginning with the entry, courtyard, and throughout the home. As original owners of this home built in the 60's they collected a mix of Asian, Mid Century Modern and traditional. Loads and loads of books (several rooms filled,) lamps, lighting, sculpture, fine art, paintings, prints, thousands of pieces of women's clothing (she was very stylish,) linens, china, crystal, garden and many other decorative accessories consistent with big entertaining during this era...You can imagine the wonderful soireés in the 60's and 70's as guests sipped on champagne, looked at art and watched the sun go down behind our beloved Catalina Island. This sale is not to be missed. We have just posted pictures which show some of what we are selling...there is so much more.
