Any theft will not be tolerated and police will be called.
We provide a number system instead of a line system. You shouldn't have to wait for hours in the cold, just pull a number and wait in your car if you want! You may grab a number at anytime prior to the sale but my be present at opening time. Number system will be set up at 6am on the first day of sale. No late numbers will be accepted.
If it ever rains we will open the sale early!
We want to provide a safe and friendly environment so all is welcome.

UCLA Theater & Arts Professor for 57 years. House full of thew most amazing book and antique collection you have ever seen and MORE! There is every kind of genre you can think of!
Lots of autographed comics, books, art and antiques.
Will be an open sale but only letting in 14 people at a time.
MUST PARK AT END OF STREET! This is a small cul-de-sac and only parking is at the bottom. Anyone double parking, parking in driveway or blocking others driveways will not be able to attend sale. PERIOD!
