There are NO RETURNS-NO EXCEPTIONS
Cash only, no credit cards or checks. We accept checks from pre-approved clients only. We also accept Zelle from regular customers.
We do not lift or load. You are responsible for removing your purchases the day of the sale.
Any items larger than what you can carry in your hand will require the services of a professional move. We can arrange pick up and delivery of your large item through Leo's Delivery Service who you will pay directly for the delivery of your item.
Sales tax of 7.75%% charged on all purchases (Orange County) unless you provide a copy of your valid California resale certificate and fill out our form. All numbers verified on site with the California Tax and Fee Administration (formerly the California Board of Equalization.)
No excessive haggling or arguing with staff. We endeavor to maintain a pleasant shopping environment for everyone.
Please do not email or call asking for prices. We do not give out prices prior to the sale's opening.

Looking for one buyer with a big checkbook...
Did you ever wonder what a perfectly decorated very Parisian French home looks like?...this is it!
No detail overlooked and everything beautiful and wonderful. Color and texture everywhere, no reproductions, mostly 19th c, antiques in excellent condition...everything authentic and wonderful. For those of you who have been around, the San Juan antique show used to have dealers who exhibited like this...the decorative arts society would be so proud.
The only caveat is that (once again) the family due to timing and privacy concerns would prefer to sell everything to one buyer. This proposition is perfect for a decorator or dealer or a private party who just loves French and the "Paris" way of life...Your one stop shopping...just bring your big checkbook.
If you feel you are a candidate to purchase everything and have the means to do so, I want to hear from you. As a back up plan, in case we are unable to find "the perfect buyer," we will host appointments in order to sell these treasures. Please do not email asking about individual items or prices, as this is not our mission.
