You are entering private property at your own risk. We are not responsible for loss, damage, or injury.
No purses, large or small or bags or boxes will be allowed. No bulky or oversized coats.
All sales are final. Please carefully inspect items before purchase.
There are NO RETURNS-NO EXCEPTIONS
Cash only, no credit cards or checks. We accept checks from pre-approved clients only. We also accept Zelle from regular customers.
We do not lift or load. You are responsible for removing your purchases the day of the sale.
Any items larger than what you can carry in your hand will require the services of a professional move. We can arrange pick up and delivery of your large item through Leo's Delivery Service who you will pay directly for the delivery of your item.
Sales tax of 7.75%% charged on all purchases (Orange County) unless you provide a copy of your valid California resale certificate and fill out our form. All numbers verified on site with the California Tax and Fee Administration (formerly the California Board of Equalization.)
No excessive haggling or arguing with staff. We endeavor to maintain a pleasant shopping environment for everyone.
Please do not email or call asking for prices. We do not give out prices prior to the sale's opening.

In one of the last remaining original Corona Del Mar cottages, we are conducting a lovely sale filled with the lifelong treasures of an artistic, cultured, well travelled lady.
From the moment you enter, your eyes will dance around the room and marvel at unusual shapes, colors , and textures. From MCM lucite chairs, MCM modern Italian Vittorio Introini for Saporiti Italia Reclining chair and ottoman, just wonderful! ...Murano, sculpture, cubistic and urban modernist.
1950s 1960s oils, watercolors, and panels, to sculpture, pop art, and ceramics by artist of note . Designer rugs, painted rug/tapestry and antique Chinese ceramic figures mounted on lucite stands. The primary bedroom furniture is 1950s Asian inspired made by Stratford Furniture company, New York. Incredible hardware.
We also have a perfect size gray tufted loveseat and many decorative scent pillows . It is a happy house filled with things that will make you smile.
Lovely collection of Asian items, vases, ceramics, Antique Chinese needlework and modern art. The largest Chinese wedding basket I’ve ever seen. Also, one of the prettiest black lacquer screens with hard stone decoration we have ever offered for sale.
As one would expect, the closet is filled with designer and vintage designer women’s clothing and accessories.., your favorite designers including Chanel, YSL, Louis Feraud, St. John, Bally and more. Don’t forget Father’s Day..we have a nice selection of men’s vintage designer ties..We haven't taken pictures of the clothing but the closet is full...please always inspect vintage clothing for damage or stains as all sales are final. Thank you.
Outside there are 70s white Gainey pots/saucers some in good condition some not so good, Italian clay pots, a brown Jordan metal and mesh patio set, iron patio table/chairs, other outdoor items and garden decor. Some garden tools, Italian clay pots and a Foosball game.
