You are entering private property at your own risk. We are not responsible for loss, damage, or injury.
No purses, large or small or bags or boxes will be allowed. No bulky or oversized coats.
All sales are final. Please carefully inspect items before purchase.
There are NO RETURNS-NO EXCEPTIONS
Cash only, no credit cards or checks. We accept checks from pre-approved clients only. We also accept Zelle from regular customers.
We do not lift or load. You are responsible for removing your purchases the day of the sale.
Any items larger than what you can carry in your hand will require the services of a professional move. We can arrange pick up and delivery of your large item through Leo's Delivery Service who you will pay directly for the delivery of your item.
Sales tax of 7.75%% charged on all purchases (Orange County) unless you provide a copy of your valid California resale certificate and fill out our form. All numbers verified on site with the California Tax and Fee Administration (formerly the California Board of Equalization.)
No excessive haggling or arguing with staff. We endeavor to maintain a pleasant shopping environment for everyone.
Please do not email or call asking for prices. We do not give out prices prior to the sale's opening.

ESTATE SALE IN CAMEO SHORES ONE DAY ONLY!
9 am to 2 pm

Please note, we have modified the hours of this estate sale.
We will conduct a full one day sale on Saturday, September 21
We will open at 9 am and sell until 1130
We will close for 30 minutes, straighten up re arrange.
When we reopen at 12, most items will be half price or deeply discounted. There will be a few exceptions.
There is no holding items or making piles or hiding items for the second session. Buy what you want in the morning for the best selection (everything priced well and to sell) and then come for the bargains after 12
As cellular reception is very poor or non existent making payment by Zelle next to impossible, unless I know you very well and accept your check, payment will need to be in cash. Thank you in advance for your understanding.

We accept cash, zelle, and checks from regular pre approve clients who shop with us frequently. We sell significant jewelry and silver, but for security reasons do not market it on this platform or in the estate sale setting. If you are a buyer of significant jewelry or silver, please speak with me so I can consider you when we broker the next large collections. We just brokered a spectacular 10 ct Kashmir sapphire ring (not heat treated or enhanced) set in platinum and surrounded by diamonds....breathtaking!
