Cash only, no credit cards or checks. We accept checks from pre-approved clients only. We also accept Zelle from regular customers.
We do not lift or load. You are responsible for removing your purchases the day of the sale.
Any items larger than what you can carry in your hand will require the services of a professional move. We can arrange pick up and delivery of your large item through Leo's Delivery Service who you will pay directly for the delivery of your item.
Sales tax of 7.75%% charged on all purchases (Orange County) unless you provide a copy of your valid California resale certificate and fill out our form. All numbers verified on site with the California Tax and Fee Administration (formerly the California Board of Equalization.)
No excessive haggling or arguing with staff. We endeavor to maintain a pleasant shopping environment for everyone.

Buying large items will require you to pay for a mover… I have already spoken to Leo of Leo’s Delivery Service. They will be standing by and ready to help. Everything must be out by 2 pm Friday, June 5…. No exceptions.
We do not have access Saturday!
Payment cash , Zelle, or check (from regular customers only. Since this estate is on the oceanfront, cellular service is not strong making paying by Zelle challenging but not impossible. It may just take a few minutes for everything to go through. Thank you in advance for your patience.
