By entering this estate sale, you agree to the following:

1. Entry & Conduct

Numbers for entry may be distributed prior to opening if needed.

Please be respectful of the property, staff, and other shoppers.

We reserve the right to refuse entry or service to anyone being disruptive.

2. Sales & Pricing

All items are sold as-is, where-is, with no warranties or guarantees.

All sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or returns.

Prices are firm unless otherwise marked. Negotiation may be considered at designated times.

3. Payment

We accept cash, credit, and debit (valid ID may be required).

Applicable sales tax will be collected unless you provide a valid resale certificate.

A service fee may apply for electronic payments.

4. Pickup & Removal

Buyer is responsible for moving, packing, and loading all purchases.

Please bring your own muscle, tools, and transport. Staff is not permitted to assist with heavy lifting.

All purchases must be removed by the end of the sale unless prior arrangements are made.

5. Liability

Enter and shop at your own risk.

The estate, property owner, and estate sale company are not responsible for accidents, injuries, or damages.

Parents/guardians must supervise children at all times.

6. Security

Security and/or video surveillance may be in use.

Large bags, backpacks, and oversized purses may be inspected or prohibited.

7. Miscellaneous

No early entry or pre-sales unless explicitly stated.

Please be courteous with parking and do not block driveways or mailboxes.
