The client still lives on the property and the home recently sold so please be respectful of the home, also some items on site are not for sale. we will have parts of the home taped off that are off limits.

ALSO BRING HELP TO LOAD HEAVY AND BIG ITEMS!

MASKS ARE OPTIONAL you are entering the property under your own discretion.

Please be respectful and courteous to others while shopping and no taking items that aren't yours from the hold area.

There are a lot of uneven surfaces please be careful! Make sure to bring help to assist in loading of heavy items. All large items must be picked up no later than (10:00 am Sunday)
