We accept CASH or Venmo (if there is a signal). Please bring your own bags/boxes.

BUYER is responsible for moving all items. There are NO restroom facilities at this sale.

Please note that I typically open around 8:15am. It is first come first serve. I do not allow any sign up sheets or hand out numbers. You must PHYSICALLY hold you place in line.

We are in the beautiful gated community of Trilogy in Temescal Canyon - directly behind Tom's Farms. We have a beautiful, high quality sale that includes stunning furniture that is all less than three years old, lots of kitchen items, small appliances, lots of beautiful collectibles, artist signed artwork, women's clothing size Large - 2X, size 6 shoes, jewelry, (Including Sterling, Brighton & Fashion Jewelry) dozens of designer purses including Michael Kors, Coach, Dooney & Bourke, and more.  There is also great holiday decor, patio furniture, lots of potted plants, great storage racks, garden decor and even tools!

 

Note, We will have someone stationed at the gate to provide access starting at 8a.

 

Additionally , I recently lost my Cleanout company. Please let me know if anyone is available to provide me with a cleanout for this sale. I do not anticipate that there will be a lot left over. Please call me or discuss at the sale.
