-Buyer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless True Heritage Estate Sales and its Clients, for any and all damages, claims or liability for injuries to persons or property caused during or after the sale and removal of the sold items. Customers are solely responsible for their own due diligence.
-We accept cash, debit/credit cards/Apple & Samsung Pay. Sales tax will be charged on all purchases. There is a $10 minimum charge on all cards. We charge a $1.50 fee on card purchases less than $10.
-We are not responsible for items left unattended after the time of purchase.
-Items must be removed from the property before the estate sale has concluded unless buyer arranges moving services.
