TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR ESTATE SALE
1. Eligibility:
• The estate sale is open to all customers, subject to item availability.
2. Sale Duration:
• The sale will take place on the announced start and end dates.
3. Entry & Sign-Up Sheet System
• A sign-up sheet will be placed one hour before opening on the first day of the sale only, and will be removed once sale starts.
• This sheet determines who enters first at the grand opening. Please respect others while signing up.
• No other lists will be honored.
• Customers who are not on the sheet are still welcome — entry after the first group is first-come, first-served.
• There is no early access, pre-sales, or price inquiries before the official opening.
4. Entry & Security Policies:
• Bag Restrictions: Shopping bags, large purses, and oversized totes are not allowed inside the sale. Customers may be asked to leave them in their vehicles.
• Bag Checks: Any bags or personal items brought inside are subject to inspection upon entry and/or exit.
• Right to Refuse Entry: SoCal Home Clear Outs reserves the right to deny entry or remove any individual whose behavior is disruptive, unsafe, or inconsistent with creating a fair and enjoyable shopping environment.
5. Pricing:
• All items are priced as marked. Prices are non-negotiable.
• Additional discounts or promotions, if any, are subject to SoCal Home Clear Outs’ discretion.
6. All Sales Final:
• All items are sold “AS IS, WHERE IS.” No refunds, exchanges, or returns will be accepted.
7. Payment Methods:
• Accepted payment methods include cash, Zelle, Venmo, and major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex).
• A 3.5% processing fee applies to credit card transactions.
• Full payment is required at the time of purchase. If a deposit has been made online, the remaining balance must be paid upon pickup.
8. Warranty & Liability:
• Items are sold “as-is, where-is” with no warranties or guarantees.
• SoCal Home Clear Outs is not responsible for defects, damage, or other issues with purchased items.
9. Item Pickup & Delivery:
• Customers must bring their own help to load and transport bulky or heavy items.
• Customers must provide their own transportation (e.g., truck, trailer, etc.).
• Delivery services may be available upon request and will incur additional charges.
10. Liability Disclaimer:
• SoCal Home Clear Outs and the property owner(s) are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or damages occurring inside or outside the premises.
11. Modification of Terms:
• SoCal Home Clear Outs reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions or cancel the sale at any time without prior notice.
